For this component of the project:
Select a population on which to focus and explain your rationale for picking that population. When describing your rationale for selecting the population, explain how your own cultural assumptions and values have affected or could affect your personal and clinical effectiveness in developing relationship skills and treatment plans with members of this population.
Select a member of that population to interview, and schedule an interview. Include the name of the interviewee and the date, time, and location of the interview you schedule.
Prepare a list of interview questions that will elicit information that will be useful throughout your course project. To do this, consider:

Where your interviewee is on the Racial/Cultural Identity Development Model (page 243 in the Sue and Sue text).
Submit your work in the assignment area.
Note: If you do not have access to an individual from the population you are studying, you can conduct an interview with a person from another group that is studied in this course.
