This assignment asks you to examine a Native American object within the context of the culture in which it was made and/or used. You must use at least 2 scholarly article in your work; You may not rely on Wikipedia or Khan Academy unless it is for an image, and that must have a full citation. A scholarly article is one written by an expert and reviewed by a panel of experts before being published in a specialized journal. The Art Journal and Art Bulletin are examples of scholarly journals published by the College Art Association.
