CASE SCENARIO:
Number 2 (2 storey detached house privately owned)
Fiona (56yrs) lives alone due to the recent sudden death of her husband (from a road traffic accident). She has one son (30yrs) who lives in Australia.
She has had to return to work due to financial difficulties. Fiona has been a type 2 diabetic for three years and recently was seen by the GP by uncontrolled blood sugars and symptoms of depression.
