Find and describe an organization’s supply chain, and identify the types
of inventory in it, and if possible, the purpose of the inventory and how it is monitored and controlled. This assignment could be based on a place for which you have worked such as a restaurant, factory, retail store, hotel, school, or medical office.
Select three types of supply chain risks, and explain in depth how supply chain managers can help mitigate these risks. In short, develop an action plan to mitigate these risks.
