Examine at least three key macroeconomic indicators for a particular country for the past 15 years. Explain what has contributed to the changes in these indicators and provide two policy recommendations on how the economy could be improved in your chosen country.
Discussion also needs to include reasons for the changes in the indicators drawing on
theoretical and real life events.

the concepts taught in this unit and should be valid for the country.

Marking Structure:
Ten marks of the assignment will be allocated to the presentation of the assignment based on:
· How well the assignment is written and structured, including whether it is succinct, is
within the word limit and uses appropriate grammar.
· How well the assignment is referenced and that claims are supported with references.
Twenty marks will be allocated to the analysis of the indicators based on:
· The discussion and analysis of the data.
· The presentation of the data and research of the indicators.
· The discussion and analysis of changes to the indicators with reference to economic
theory and real life events.
· Validity of the policy recommendations.
· Evidence of research and understanding of the concepts.
