Exploring how APIE and RLT work together to produce individualized care by exploring and critiquing the model and its key elements then you are critiquing your own care plan and puling examples of this from your care plan to support these discussions.
-Use the problem-solving approach (APIE) along with a model of nursing (Roper-Logan-Tierney).
-Read the James scenario attached and add relevant points into the care plan template attached to highlight and support discussions in the essay.
-The care plan must be submitted as an appendix to the essay after references.
-Use some references from NMC, RCN, and other relevant academic sources.
-cannot go over 4000 words.
-assessment marking criteria attached, 50 points or up to be level 5 work.
