This activity is designed as an opportunity to track your progress at the halfway point of your field practicum. The list of questions below are intended to guide your reflections, focussing on specific examples drawn directly from your placement experience.
You will be expected to complete this assignment in advance of the mid-term “check-in” and provide final copies to both your Supervisor and Seminar Instructor for review before meeting. You will NOT be asked to ‘present’ these reflections during the call. Rather, the material will serve as a map for the discussion between you, your Supervisor and your Instructor.
Your agency supervisor will be asked to provide feedback on your progress as it pertains to your strengths and areas of growth and improvement.
