• How do the leading causes of death in your state (Tennessee) compare to the U.S. figures?
• Identify five important risk factors that need to be targeted in your state of Tennessee (TN).
• Identify vulnerable groups for whom targeted services need to be provided.
• Identify additional databases within your state of TN or municipality that provide health statistics?
