Unlike previous Discussion Boards, this one is explicitly asking for your assessments. In developing and presenting your assessments, you must draw on relevant course topics such as the nature and source of INGO authority, INGO orientation to donors, the relationship of INGOs to IGOs and states. Putting it negatively, if you do not incorporate several of these topics in developing a justification for your assessment, points will be deducted. How you actually assess INGOs will not be graded. You must directly address the prompt and its components/questions and engage the course material explicitly showing that you are proficient in it.
