Description
The change report should:
• identify a problem/challenge in practice that could be addressed (in our work this should be bed bound or intubated patients on itu who is unable to roll themself and in need to protect their skin from pressure ulsers, etc)
• Identify how this will be addressed through a simple change in practice that will improve quality (the change will be by installing management clock above the beds as a reminder to roll every 2 hours).
• Critically analyse how the change would be implemented and include discussion around quality improvement, change management models and processes, challenges to change, leadership influences and interprofessional working and co-production.
