The term paper and presentation will give you an opportunity to synthesize what you have learned this semester and add your own new knowledge (from academic research) to how intercultural communication operates in a specific professional setting (loosely defined) or a personal setting (i.e., intercultural communication in close relationships). A paper examining a current event and how it relates to intercultural communication in regards to either race, religion, politics, individualism vs collectivism, or another theme of intercultural communication. 10 sources 7 of which need to be scholarly or academic.
