Watch the film ‘A kings speech’.
Select a character from the film (I choose ‘lionel’ – the speech therapist who isn’t really qualified). Make notes about specific examples of the effectiveness of the character’s leadership (you may need to watch the film several times). Write your notes in a table based on the Robbins framework, similar to the example below, and include the table as an appendix to your report ( must be at least three of each (3 leadership, 3 group member, 3 context)). – this part is the appendix. Must be at least three examples. I have also attached an example in my documents uploaded called ‘robbins framework example’. You must record the time of the scene for the teachers reference.

Based on the notes from your observation of the character, write a report that critically analyses the effectiveness of your character as a leader:
Base the body of your report on the four elements of the Robbin’s framework.
Discuss and analyse your findings, drawing on further literature where relevant.
Use adequate and appropriate examples from the film to support your discussion of theories and your analysis of their leadership effectiveness.
