This week you read in various chapters about crafting different kinds of business messages. Part of your responsibility of working in business is to manage the messages that companies send out to their various audiences. This week, compare and contrast how a company might use a blog, tweet, Instagram, and Facebook post to promote a message to their customers. Describe the value of each communication medium (blog, tweet, Instagram, Facebook) and which audiences may be better suited for each medium. For example, identify what blogs do and which type of customer might read them more. How might the messages change between the different mediums?
