Topic: What it means for you to be a “Christian” lawyer
As a criminal defense lawyer, who’s job it is to focus and highlight the “reasonable doubt” of guilt and sin, can I still be a christian lawyer despite how “bad” that sin or guilt may be or appear to be? I will be working with additional resources:
1. Redeeming Law: Christian Calling and the Legal Profession – Michael Schutt
2. The Lawyer’s Calling: Christian Faith and Legal Practice – Joseph Allegretti
For the final paper, I am to articulate my own theological approach to work, vocation, and the marketplace. I will apply my theological reflections to my specific topic within marketplace ministry. Papers will be composed in 12
point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with Chicago-style footnotes.
