Referring to the “Differentiation Map” in the reading by Zook & Allen (2011), which you read in the previous activity, think about the source of differentiation for your chosen company. The image attached (differentiating strengths for Vanguard) shows the differentiating strengths for Vanguard as described in the article. Then use the attached template (Differentiation-Map-template1) to apply the differentiation map to your chosen company.
