1. Create a burndown chart.
2. Analyze the team’s overall progress in the “Discussion of Burndown Chart” section of the attached “Monitoring and Controlling Template,” using the burndown chart from part E. Explain how three mitigation strategies could have a positive impact on the schedule and budget performance of the project team for the chosen case study in the “Mitigation Plan” section of the attached “Monitoring and Controlling Template.”
F. Acknowledge sources, using in-text citations and references, for content that is quoted, paraphrased, or summarized.
G. Demonstrate professional communication in the content and presentation of your submission.
