Company Problem
Ron Krudo addressed a few problems within his company, Equiturn. The first problem being the ability to acquire new employees and grow their team. Larger accounts require a bigger team for integration. Second, Equiturn struggles with the acquisition of new clients. Right now they are pursuing a blanketed market campaign to anyone interested in buy side acquisition and they want to create a unique campaign targeting a specific industry.
● Research and assess other companies in the buy side of mergers and acquisitions and compare and contrast their services against Equiturn M&A.
○ Determine what these companies are currently doing in the industry, how they cater to their clients, and how they continue to grow.
○ What do they provide in their services?
● Determine what types of companies are involved and working within the market and acquisitions industry.
○ Identify M&A companies specifically in Florida, and the South Florida region, as well as their customers.
● Research the competition’s billing process and try to determine their value proposition as well their pricing strategy.
○ Do they charge a monthly retainer?
○ Consulting fees?
● Try to find industries that are prime candidates to be targeted by Equiturn M&A.
