After watching the video titled, “UAS and Critical Infrastructure”write a paper which addresses the following:
1. Discuss the use of aircraft in war in early history and how it has evolved over time.
2. Identify three sectors of the DHS critical infrastructure and discuss how these sectors can be protected from UAS or other air attacks. Identify what challenges we face in protecting these sectors. Consideration should be given to the time period leading up to the threat as well as the actual threat.
3. In regard to UAS information being digital evidence, what steps should be taken when seizing a UAS for investigative purposes?
4. Identify at least one example of case law which involves UAS usage for protection against criminal activity.
5. Conclude the paper by stating what private corporations/government entities should do in the event a UAS poses a security threat to their security. This should be based upon research as well as your own opinions based upon what you have learned.
