In this paper, the student will identify an issue in the law, which pertains to nursing on one of the following major topics. Informed Consent and Investigational Drugs in Infectious Disease Epidemics and
Biowarfare.
Since this is a LAW class, my preference for Research and other written assignments is for Law resources. make sure you have legal cases and/or legislation references as a significant part fo your Research. The Research Paper will reflect a thorough understanding of all sides of the issue. It must show a thorough analysis of all sides of the issue, not merely a personal opinion. The student must come to a position based on information researched and professional experiences.
