The following points should be addressed for the evaluation component of the paper and may be written in an essay format.
Did the interviewee’s description of the job duties align with your pre-existing ideas concerning a job in this field? If so, how? If not, what was different?
When visiting the interviewee at his/her job location, was the environment appropriate for the job? If so, how was it appropriate? If not, what changes would be recommended? Consider class size or number of patients/clients when responding to this question. Also consider available equipment and other tools necessary for completion of the stated job duties outlined in the interview section. If the location was not visited, base your response to this question on the information provided by the interviewee. Keep this in mind when writing interview questions.
Did the interviewee’s responses encourage you to consider a career in this field? If so, how? If not, why not?
What was your overall impression from the interview? Was it a mostly positive experience? If so, why? If not, why not?
