The following position:The role I am interviewing for is for nurse informaticist for fall risk management project. The technology solution I would target is developing the infrastructure to pair all health system devices within the integrative electronic health record system. The technology solution I would like to integrate specifically is gait assessment technology. Within this technology, the health system would be able to assess all patients for their gait assessment to determine their fall risk. This solution will in return be able to decrease the risk for falls and have each unit reach appropriate metrics and measures for patient safety.
