Each student will tour two breweries with an online tour. The two brewery tours will consist of discussing the two breweries of choice whole brewing process and also discuss how each brewery operates using a comparison approach to complete this task. You will need to summarize and compare both brewery operations in a 3- page report. This report needs to be a comparison paper of both breweries whole brewing process and their daily operations.
A. Make sure to clearly list the name of both breweries and where they are located.
B. Choose two breweries that give an extensive online tour that way you have more details and topics to discuss and compare in this paper.
C. Discuss what is unique about these two breweries and their beer brewing processes. Outline the brewing processing steps of both breweries and the daily operations for both breweries and make sure to include each of these steps in this report as you write this paper. Each paragraph should reflect both breweries processing steps: for example the Malting, mashing, fermentation, and etc.
D. Structure this report to discuss both breweries and the processing steps to how these breweries operate and make their beer. The professor says do not write two separate papers for each brewery and merge the two papers together. This should be a comparison paper every step of the way!!!
E. The professor expects normal margins , a normal,(1) readable(2) typeface, in a normal size , with normal spacing . I expect your spelling, usage, and punctuation to reflect the fact that you are a college upper classmen. I expect you to check what is said in the tour against what you learn in class.
