At this point in the course you have had an opportunity to study how assessment can be used to inform decision-making in the workplace. You have evaluated different types of assessments, you have analyzed different assessment applications, and you have examined different assessment instruments and their use in the workplace. What are your personal perspectives about assessment when used to inform decision-making in the workplace? What applications of assessment seem fair, moral and ethical to you?
