Leadership Journal
Submit one journal entry addressing #s 1, 2 and 3 under separate headings:
1) Describe your personal experience in practice in which your time management skills needed improvement .
2) Reflect on the scope of practice for a CNA or LPN, in an intervention that could have been delegated to another member of the health care team during your clinical experience.
3) Identify community resources for patient referrals. Describe the services provided and the procedures for accessing these services.
Reflective Journal Guidelines
Your reflection journal entry should be a minimum of 2 paragraphs and utilize two references, which can include your textbook, peer-reviewed journals, or professional website. When you reference a source, you must use in-text citations to note where your information came from.
References should be in APA 6th edition format.
