This could be for use in a health care, social, sports, school, or community group setting, on a one-to-one or group basis. This is an opportunity for you to be creative and think about how health messages are presented and received by others. You need to consider who it is aimed at and how it enables you to address the 4 learning outcomes.
1. Examine the ethical, political, and professional rationales supporting health promotion activities.
2. Design a health education message considering the client group, their culture, communication strategies, behaviour, and lifestyle choices.
3. Evaluate models of health promotion and their impact on different population groups.
4. Explore the benefits of partnership and collaboration between health care professionals and other groups for influencing health promotion.
