In this section, explain your identified problem. Be sure to include references to support the problem here. Examples of references include academic journals and professional organizations. You should include at a minimum, statistical data related to the prevalence of your identified problem at the international, national, state, local and site-specific levels.
When explaining the statistical data related to the prevalence of the identified problem at the site specific level, be sure to include the information you gathered during your problem investigation and identification.
This section should begin with a seamless transition from the previous section. Discuss your stakeholders in this section and the role they plan in the project and/or interest in the problem.
Explain the objective of your project. You should have one umbrella objective. If you have several objectives, these should fall under the one umbrella objective. Be specific. Be detailed. Objectives often start with words from Bloom’s Taxonomy. It is okay to submit these in bulleted form, after a brief introduction at the beginning of this section.
