•Critically evaluate and compare 2/3 change models and or frameworks that could be used to develop a change management strategy and apply this to practice.
• Choose 2/3 strategies that monitor and measure the progress of change and present a critical evaluation that is applied to practice with some relevant examples included as to how they work or where there are flaws.
• Select 2/3 tools that are used within leadership and management that impact organisational change and present a critical analysis of the tools explaining when they are effective and where and when they may not be effective and why.
