As a member of the team of consulting engineers, you have been asked to explain the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms used in the construction sector to the client. (i) Critically discuss types of alternative dispute resolution used in the construction industry and (ii) Critically discuss the advantages and disadvantages of Adjudication Mediation and Arbitration.
