Submit a response to two of your colleague’s post by providing a constructive critique of your colleague’s post about the three specific roles or by suggesting different perspectives of the interventions your colleagues described for the three specific issues.
Please respond separately to each colleague’s post. Each post should have at least a ½ page
response. There should be a ½ page response directed to colleague 1, a ½ page response directed
to colleague 2.

Colleague 1 Post:
Describe three key functions of medical social workers that you consider inspiring and rewarding and why? Explain how these roles support patients and their families and how they directly address three patient care challenges. Then, outline specific interventions you might use in your primary roles to address the challenges you identified. Illustrate these issues and interventions with examples.
