Different medications
Diseases processes
Responsive behaviours
Communication with colleagues or clients
Your learning plan should include three learning objectives using the SMART goal principles, self-evaluation in relation to these learning objectives, and a list of learning strategies/resources that help you achieve your learning objectives.
To create your learning plan, you can use information and learning activities found in Unit 1. Present your learning plan in a Word document; you can format this document in any way you like.
