You will be asked to prepare an A3 report for the analysis of a problem this organization is currently encountering. For this module’s capstone milestone, you need to begin creating the A3 report. Use the information you have collected from the organziation’s website, the field trip, course resources, and any additional research to to create the first couple parts of your A3 report.
Formulate a problem statement
Create visual representations to communicate why this is a problem. Display relevant metrics for quality, cost, lead time, and safety.
Create a value stream map for the process that will be improved. Include cycle time, lead time, takt time, and throughput time.
