The paper will include a brief description of the organizational setting in which the conflict occurred, identify major participants, explore dynamics likely to have caused and/or inflamed the situation, and explain how positions adopted by the persons involved added complexity or provided opportunities to achieve a positive resolution. Include the BATNA as well.
