The items you plan to serve will help determine what equipment you put into the concession stand. Comprehensively develop the concession stand while looking at how much it would cost to build or purchase a stand-alone building (possibly a Butler metal building), and then look at the cost of the equipment you want to include. Remember that if you do any cooking you will need to add vents, and if you serve drinks you will need an ice maker. Examine the size of the equipment to see whether it will fit into the building size you want to use.
