Topic: Leadership Theory
Identify and describe a leadership theory from those covered in class and in the course text that they believe will be useful as a new graduate; describe how the theory fits with their personal style and strengths; use the NYS nurse practice act to explain how the chosen theory reflects the leadership components of the RN role; and describe how the identified leadership style will enhance the students’ interprofessional practice.
The paper should be 2-3 pages, APA format and contain a title and reference page.
