Write a research proposal which topic is The effects of tariff burden on the R&D expenditure of domestic firms.
Requirements about the proposal:
1) Regarding the methodology part, kindly please focus on how to develop a reasonable theoretical model, please refer to the attached two files for your better reference.
2) In terms of the literature review part, very appreciate if you can refer to latest literature or those with much more citations from top journal of economics.
3) You may find that I proposed to explore the effects of tariff on the R&D investment if you have reviewed my submitted abstract, and in particular, l would like to find out the different effects towards the two types of R&D I mentioned in abstract.
