Using a project from your work (past or present), write a minimum one page paper designing a project communications plan. Identify the key roles on your team, and explain the role each would have in the plan. For example, you will need to report status updates to your project sponsor, the CEO of the company, and the key functional heads such as sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution…etc. How would you communicate with each level of management (you do not have to discuss each function individually – just focus on each level of management)? How often? Who on your team would do the communicating? Would it be written in an e-mail or presented in person?
