COVID has created a new world order. COVID has completely changed the way we work and live. Employment is part-time, seasonal and on-call more than ever before and in many times under hazardous conditions. Full-time employees are making tough choices when working at home expires. They are uncertain about the future of their employment or whether they wish to take risks to return to work. The education and day care institutions are complete unknowns, questioning how future operations might operate profitably and safely.
