TOPIC: For my research paper, the topic I will be discussing is how our overall health impacts our personality and cognitive function. The purpose of this paper is to discuss and explain how a healthier lifestyle, such as healthy nutrition, exercising, better sleeping patterns etc. can help or improve our psychological well-being. I have chosen this topic because I know there is a lot of literature on it and I hope to find interesting information as I begin to conduct my research. Overall, I am looking forward to conducting my research and better understanding the impacts a healthy lifestyle can have on ones psychological well-being.
Questions I seek to find answers to:
1. Can a healthier lifestyle help those suffering from anxiety and depression?
2. Can a healthy life decrease mental illness and increase self-esteem?
3. What are some of the cognitive benefits of healthy eating and exercising?
