Task 2:For an organization of your choice draw upon the literature review on supply chain management and do the following:
1.Provide a brief description of the organization’s operation and its supply chain;
2.Examine how the chosen organization’s practices compare or contrast with the literature on supply chain management;
3.Analyse and discuss how effective planning and control in supply chain management may contribute to the improvement of operations performance in the chosen company.
