Description
Select a patient from a recent placement. Identify one need experienced by the patient and explore the impact this will have using the Biopsychosocial Model. You will need to critique the care given related to this need using evidence to support your views. Focus on the decisions made by the care team, including any reasoning for interventions and treatment. The evidence used needs to offer recommendations for how this care could be enhanced or improved to ensure patient-centred care.
