Structure
Chronological order of events in terms of acquisitions, alliances, partnerships and others. In some cases a minority stake will turn into a full on acquisition (i.e. Signal Hill and Sagent Advisors in the US).
Each event (either an acquisition, alliance or M&A) will include the following:
1. What happened when (i.e. Daiwa bought minority stake in Signal Hill in 20XX, then in 2018 bought 100% then in 2019 they rebranded to DC Advisory US).
