The Code (NMC 2018)
1. Demonstrate progression in the achievement of Part 2 proficiencies (NMC, 2018), skills, and values as required within the program in the Mental Health nursing field of practice.
2. Reflect on self-concerning self-awareness, emotional intelligence/resilience, and personal performance in relation to your nursing practice, the evidence-based practice, and the NMC .
3. Appraise and define own development needs in relation to The Code (NMC 2018).
