We’re not looking for a simple biography here.
You want to emphasize why this woman is important in the lives of all people. What did she
overcome? What did she accomplish? How is she someone for us to consider as we make
choices in our own lives? You might want to focus on one particular moment in her life, or one
particular accomplishment. That will make a much more interesting essay than just listing a
series of dates. Be sure to document your sources by quoting them and including page
numbers.
