Leading Strategic Change
- An individual assessment of a change project either from your own direct experience of from the marketplace in which you operate, examining the leadership of effective change in a professional context of your choosing (2,500 words +/- 10%). You should review the project you choose in the light of the theory and concepts from the three days and make a critical assessment based on observation and evidence related to theory.
- A reflective review of the lessons you have learned about your approach to leadership (1,250 words +/- 10%). This should be prepared as a reflective piece including an assessment of your own skills and experience levels together with some initial thoughts about how you will develop these skills in the future and the help you might need to seek
