The scope of this study is limited to employees of the Canadian natural gas company Union Gas Limited which has undergone  significant change within the organization.  Union Gas Limited is a major Canadian natural gas company based in Ontario with approximately 2,000 employees located in northern, southwestern and eastern Ontario.  In 2017, Union Gas Limited was acquired by Enbridge Inc., a north American multinational energy transportation company with 11,000 employees.
