This essay is going to be analyzing the Education, Health and Care needs assessments and plans aspect within the SEND Code of Practice 2015. It will also be critically analyzing three issues within this aspect. Those issues will be; Considering whether an EHC needs assessment is necessary, Involving children, young people and parents in decision-making and Deciding whether to issue an EHC plan. to critically appraise the advantages, disadvantages, and/or implication of each issue. to use only references from 2015 onward. the conclusion should include how the issues of each one can be rectified (recommendations)
