o A comparative study of some of the key tools at our disposal today, and how well-adapted they are, or are not, to Information 4.0. Include an exploration of what you think is needed in an Information 4.0-ready tool, and how the tools you examine might be adapted to make them so.
o Define what you see as a reliable validation process for volatile information. Include the reasons why you think this process is a good one, and give criteria for distinguishing volatile information from persistent information.
The dissertation must show your own thinking about the subject. Be sure that you back up your ideas with citations as appropriate.
