Please combine the document chapters 1-4 and chapter 5 into one document. Please make sure the lay summary and abstract are properly written and chapters 4 and 5 are incorporated. Please do a table of contents and list of tables. There is a demographic table in the appendices page 79. Please make sure the demographic table is in APA style and on 1 page. Please make sure you follow my supervisors directions. All comments made by the supervisors are embedded in the documents. As well, chapters 1 to 3 require basic editing but chapters 4 and 5 need more work. The themes in Chapter 4 need to be more streamlined and condensed and refined. These changes need to be reflected in Chapter 5 for recommendations. Make sure you do not link violence with culture as my supervisory committee does not approve of this logic. Make sure the level of editing and writing and analysis for chapter 4 and 5 are of high caliber.
