1) You need to be more specific and to connect the research to the question and the content
2) I suggest that you focus on the title IS THERE ANY KEY FORMULA TO GUIDE BIDDERS OF MEGA SPORTS EVENTS? and build the proposal around that, making sure that the pieces connect to the title
3) You need to include some primary research in the proposal (this is probably the only piece you will need to write, actually). I suggest that in the proposal you include as primary resaearch “in-depth interview with people working in the Mega Sport Event industry” (e.g America Cup where I am currently based) .
