Analysis of Work Setting – An analysis of the work setting answers the questions: What is the environment in which you work? what is its physical setting? What are its professional and psychological conditions? How does your environment and or your position in it support or limit your purpose or opportunity to implement your business venture.
Analysis of the Situation – An analysis of the situation includes an overview of your country, its products, services, structure, philosophy, and goals and specifically involves an analysis of each of the individual goals. The Situational Analysis should include an extensive description of the problem or circumstances you are attempting to address to implement your business. Also how to pursuit these objectives and methodologies enable you to meet the goals you have identified and how will it help you meet the needs of customers and make a profit in your business. Lastly a description of your own strengths and skills and the personal resources you already bring to the situation as well as how that compares to your competitors.
Evaluation Plan – Describe the criteria or benchmarks to be used to monitor progress toward achieving goals and objectives during the Semester, that is, how exactly will you know whether or not your strategies have succeeded and that these strategies will help you meet your objectives. Also describe the methods to be used for determining whether these criteria have been met. There should be at least one measure for each objective and each strategy.
Needs Analysis – This section contains the rationale of the various goals to be undertaken as related to the Purpose to be achieved as well as a summary of the original need for your product or service in this industry. Resolving the need should benefit yourself and significant others and contribute to meeting the needs of your customers while making a profit for your business.
